Before we can confirm a booking for one of these properties you must submit a completed application form (available on request). The completed application form should be sent to our office and we will forward the application together with the transfer fee (currently $100.00) to the respective Homeowner's Association. The cost of the transfer fee will be reflected on our booking sheet details as an additional cost.
